What is the Corporate Plan?

Corporate Plan 2007-11

The Corporate Plan 2007-11 is produced to provide direction for the organisation and highlights major initiatives. The plan is a way to communicate the key actions and projects we will undertake to achieve the goals and outcomes identified in Council’s Strategic Plan, a broader, long-term planning document.

The corporate plan is reviewed annually and placed on public exhibition, allowing the organisation to set future policy directions in partnership with the community. The success of the plan is monitored and reported through Quarterly Corporate Reviews.

Our aim as Wollongong’s governing body is to report and deliver the contents of the plan to ensure the best future for the city.
