Kids in Gyms
The Centre provides personal training sessions that meet the Kids in Gyms guidelines. Each session is individually tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.
Our personal training staff ensure that each child’s session is safe, fun and designed to achieve results. Staff also strive to keep each child involved, active and motivated.
