Sportsgrounds

To book a Council-owned sportsground for training or competition use, you will need to complete and return the following forms to Council two weeks prior to the dates you wish to use the ground:

• Booking form - a minimum of two hours will be charged per booking, per field. Separate forms are required for every sportsground booking
• Terms and conditions for use of Council's sportsground form - must list competition organiser (person to contact about actual draws) and Treasurer (person to whom the accounts need to be sent to)
• Proof of sporting association’s current public liability insurance

Fees and charges - for bookings are located in Council's Fees and Charges document

Accounts - will be issued to the association and not to individual clubs on a monthly basis with a detailed booking schedule.

Sportsground status - you can now check if any of the below Council owned/managed sportsgrounds are open and closed by texting the specific sportsground SMS code to 199 22 767. Cost per text is 55 cents. If you receive a failure message reply, your mobile may have 199 numbers blocked. Simply call your mobile supplier and update your settings.
