The Wollongong Botanic Garden's school holiday program runs during every term break for five days (four days during the Easter holiday due to public holidays). All the programs, and their interactive and hands-on activities, are planned around an environmental theme, and are focused on teaching kids about sustainability.

Come to the Botanic Garden to celebrate the World Cup by learning about the curious and marvellous plants, animals, environment and culture of Brazil and the countries who have hosted this major event in the past.
Holidays of Discovery Daily Activities:
- World Cup Mascots Treasure Hunt
- Waste Wise Crafts
- Tree Amigos Garden Show
Activities suitable for children aged 3 to 12 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate shoes, a hat and sunscreen.
Cost $10 per child parents free, family package $20 for two or more children.

Coffee and tea may be purchased from the Garden’s on-site coffee van, BeanzAround - located near the playground.
