Winter sportsground bookings

We are now approaching the 2009 winter sports season and request that all sporting associations collect the following sportsground booking information. 

Training and competition draws

• Training and competition booking forms on the right need to be completed and returned to Council at least two weeks prior to the dates requested
• A minimum of two hours will be charged per booking, per field.
• Seperate forms are required for every sportsground booking
• Club details are required on the training and competition forms
• Draws sent directly to Council by individual clubs will not be accepted and will be re-directed to the appropriate association where they should be checked for accuracy before being resubmitted to Council
• Be diligent when submitting correct booking schedules as cancellations will be accepted, except under specific circumstances (see cancellation policy below)

Terms and conditions form
A signed copy of the Terms and Conditions must be return to Council complete with the below contacts:

• Competition organiser (person to contact about actual draws)
• Treasurer (person to whom the accounts need to be sent to)

If there is a change within the season to either of the above positions, please advise Council to enable our records to be updated.

Fees and charges
The 2007-08 Fees and charges together with the proposed 2008-09 Fees and charges can be found ont the right. If there are any changes to the proposed 2008-09 charges, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Accounts
Accounts will be issued to the association and not to individual clubs on a monthly basis with a detailed booking schedule.

Cancellation policy – as per the Terms and conditions
No cancellations will be accepted, except when:
• the grounds are closed by Council (these will be automatically processed before accounts are issued)
• a team does not reach the finals and training is no longer required.
• there are major changes to the competition draw previously submitted.

Dates to consider
The dates listed below may impact on your sportsground bookings:

• Autumn school holidays: 14 April to 25 April 2008
• Winter school holidays: 7 July to 18 July 2008.
