These services are open to the public for one off requests. Council will respond to you requests within 10 working days. For emergency requests outside of business hours  please contact our after hours service on (02) 4227 7111.

Registed Users

If you are lodging applications or requesting certificates regularly, consider becoming a registered user with Council. As a registered user can track your submitted requests.

Note: Registered users need to sign in prior to submitting a request, if you don't your request will not be held against your registered user name for future reference.
