Council Applications Online
There are many applications you can submit to Council online. These include:
- Development Applications*
- Building Certificates
- Private Certifier Lodgement
- Construction Certificate
- Tree Management Permit
- Open and/or Occupy Footpath/Roadway
- Footpath Levels
- Driveway Crossings
* The following development types CANNOT be lodged online:
- Subdivision
- Strata Subdivision
- Change of Use
- Advertising Signs
- Outdoor Seating
To lodge online you will be required to submit certain information specific to the type of application.
If you have upgraded your computer recently and are using Internet Explorer 8 as your browser, you will need to use it in Compatibility View mode to use this online service.
Payment is by credit card to be able to complete lodgement of your application (Mastercard and Visa only and merchant service fees apply).
If you will regularly lodge applications you can register your details with Council.
Registrating Benefits
- ability to store applications for up to 30 days before lodging them
- ability to check progress of your application online
- your details will be automatically loaded into new applications.
