Customer service is a dedicated team trained across all areas of Council services and projects to be able to assist every resident with their enquiries.
Council's Customer Service team are friendly and helpful and will do their best to answer every question and query for you - and if they can't they'll transfer you to the right person in Council to speak with.
Customer Service is located on the ground floor of Council's Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street, Wollongong.
