Planning Proposal - Wentworth Lodge


Public Exhibition of Planning Proposal: Wentworth Lodge – 2 & 2A Wentworth Street, Port Kembla (Lot 1 DP 654976 and Lot 2 DP 154073)

The Planning Proposal is to rezone the land from B6 Enterprise Corridor to B7 Business Park zone, with increased height from 11m to 20m and FSR from 0.5:1 to 1.5:1, to support an office development.

Exhibition Period: 9 November to 7 December 2009.

  • Wollongong Central and Warrawong District libraries during library hours; 
  • Council’s Administration Building, 41 Burelli Street Wollongong on weekdays between 9am and 5pm;
