Licenses for outdoor commercial fitness trainers to operate within approved public spaces

Council is inviting Commercial Fitness Training Operators with large groups (involving greater than 2 participants) to provide quotations for a Licence to operate from a number of approved parks and reserves within the Wollongong City CouncilLocal Government Area for the purposes of conducting outdoor commercial fi tness training activities.

The proposed term of Licence shall be not less than 6 months and up to 12 months.

The approved locations that quotations are being sought are detailed below:

• Site A - Stanwell Park Recreation Reserve
• Site B - Little Austinmer Beach Reserve
• Site C - Thirroul Beach Reserve
• Site D -Bulli Beach Reserve
• Site E - Bulli Park
• Site F - Nicholson Park including Woonona Beach
• Site G - Fairy Meadow Beach Reserve
• Site H - Stuart Park, Wollongong
• Site I - Flagstaff Hill, Wollongong
• Site J – W.A Lang Park including Wollongong City Beach (south)
• Site K - Maccabe Park, Wollongong
• Site L - King George V Park, Port Kembla
• Site M - Darcy Wentworth Park, Warrawong.

Quotations must be submitted in accordance with the instructions as set out in the Quotation documentation and forwarded to Council by 10am on Thursday 1 October 2009 when quotations will be opened in public.
