Update:
Wollongong City Council has developed a Landscape Master Plan for the revitalisation of the popular foreshore park at Judbooley Parade, Windang. The plan is based upon the valuable contributions received from the Windang community during the site’s Plan of Management development and the landscape project’s consultation phase.
A copy of the Landscape Master Plan appears in the related document section on the right, together with a Frequently Asked Question Sheet.
The plans will be on display in the foyer of the Council's Administration Building from Monday 22 February until 8 March 2010.

Project history:
In June 2008, Council adopted a Plan of Management for Judbooley Parade and decided to progress the development of a Landscape Master Plan. This plan will include details of future physical improvements for Judbooley Parade.
Council sought feedback from the community on their priorities for this area during October and November this year .
As part of the consultation, Council held an on-site Community Engagement Kiosk at Judbooley Parade on - Saturday, 31 October 2009, 11am and 1pm.
Members of the public provided feedback by either completing a Judbooley Parade survey or by sending in written feedback to Council.
The Exhibition period for the Judbooley Parade Landscape Master Plan closed on Friday 13 November. Council is now reviewing the submissions received which will inform Council's Landscape Architect's in the design of the Landscape Master Plan. This community feedback will also identify the priorities for the park and assist in developing a program of staging of works.
It is anticipated that the final Landscape Master Plan will be placed on public exhibition in February 2010. Notification of the public exhibition period will be advertised in the Advertiser and via Council’s website.
