Management Plan

The Management Plan 2009-12 details how Council will deliver on the strategic directions. 

Council’s Management Plan 2009-12 outlines the services and key projects Council will deliver to the community over the next three years.

The plan was prepared in consideration to current and future community needs in light of Council's current financial position, and is a result of community and stakeholder feedback.

The Management Plan 2009-12 is comprised of five documents:

It includes Council's overall budget, key services and projects which will enable Council to achieve our goals. This document also identifies our organisational values which underpin our decision making.
