Council Meetings

Council meetings are held approximately 10 times a year. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers. All meetings are open to the public except for any part of the meeting where items are proposed to be considered in Closed Council.

The community can address Council at these meetings by submitting a Public Access Forum Application no later than 12noon on the last working day prior the meeting. Applications will be determined in accordance with the Public Access Forum Policy. Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 5pm the day before the meeting.
