Council meetings are held approximately 20 times a year. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers and are open to the public, except for any part of the meeting where items are proposed to be considered in Closed Council.
The community can address Council at these meetings by submitting a Public Access Forum Application no later than 12noon on the last working day prior the meeting. Applications will be determined in accordance with the Public Access Forum Policy and applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by 5pm on the working day before the meeting.
