Wollongong City Council will hold community consultation on a proposed kiosk in the Corrimal Beach Tourist Park.

The proposed kiosk – to provide services for community members and tourists staying at the park – will replace the temporary facility which was removed due to safety issues.

A similar kiosk has been built at Bulli Beach Tourist Park which trades as Ruby’s Cafe. The community is invited to visit this kiosk to see what the building is like.  A tender process will be used to determine the lessee of the facility.

An on site consultation will take place at the Corrimal Beach Tourist Park on Saturday 19 November 2011 from 10am to 12 noon for community members to discuss the design with project managers.

Community members will be able to provide feedback on the proposed kiosk at the consultation, at Corrimal Library or via Councils website. For more information you can call Council’s Customer Service Centre on (02) 4227 7111 or visit Council’s website.
