Head on down to the Blue Mile this Sunday afternoon to enjoy good views and free music performances.
Wollongong City Council’s Beats by the Sea is back this Sunday, 28 November, at Belmore Basin as part of the city’s Summer events calendar.
Three performers are booked in to play this month’s Beats by the Sea. Nick Rheinberger will get things started from 2pm, followed by the City of Wollongong Brass Band at 3pm, and the Merchants at 4pm.
Council’s Coordinator of Events and Functions, Lee Cramer, said Beats by the Sea is designed for people looking for something relaxing to do on a Sunday afternoon.
“It’s perfect for families and friends looking to enjoy a coffee or ice-cream at Belmore Basin and listen to some great local music,” Lee Cramer said.
Beats by the Sea will be held one Sunday afternoon a month between October and March. Lock in 28 November, 19 December, 23 January, 27 February and 20 March to catch a host of different musical acts.
Stay tuned to Council’s website to see what acts are coming next as part of Beats by the Sea.
