Wollongong City Council is undertaking vegetation removal works to assist with sight distances for pedestrians and motorists along Squires Way Fairy Meadow from north of Virginia Street  to south of Elliotts Road.

The work will be undertaken from 18 June to 25 June 2011, weather permitting.

Council advises that the majority of the work will be undertaken at night, there may be minor traffic delays when trees are felled.

 Council will have mobile message boards in place advising drivers of the changed traffic conditions.
