Wollongong City Council will begin work on Market Street on Sunday 15 May.

Council will be working on the section of Market Street in the outer lane between the entrance to the Crown Central shopping centre and Thomas Street. The shopping centre entrance will still be open.

On Monday 16 May, work will commence in the outer lane from Thomas Street to the eastern side of Market Street where it meets Church Street.

If you need to access businesses in the area, please follow the directions of traffic controllers on site.  This roadwork is part of Council’s commitment to improve and maintain the City’s assets.
