Our Important Corporate Publications

Council has adopted a number of key planning documents and reports.

These Corporate Documents are developed from research and community feedback, taking into consideration our community's current and future needs in light of our financial position.

Council reviews its Management Plan and Strategic Directions on a yearly basis with a three year planning cycle. This is to ensure we are providing timely and relevant strategies and focus for the community.

To carry forward our strategic vision for the future we have integrated our Strategic Directions into all of our plans.

Strategic Directions - outlines clear strategies and priorities based on our vision for Wollongong. It addresses the critical issue of Council’s financial position and how available resources can best be used.

Management Plan - provides direction to our organisation and highlights the major projects and services we will undertake. It outlines the goals, directions, budget and performance indicators we're committed to over the next three years.
