The Social Plan aims to improve the quality of life for the Wollongong community. It is divided into three volumes.
Volume 1 identifies and address the issues surrounding specific target groups in Wollongong.
Volume 2 highlights a range of strategies to manage issues affecting the broader community. It aims to develop a coordinated social direction to deal with issues such as the built and natural environment, safety and access, and equity and diversity.
Volume 3 is a demographic profile providing comprehensive information and statistics about the Wollongong community.
