How to Hire the Venues

• Make a time to visit the facility by calling the relevant contact number above (Note: many groups do not employ a paid worker and may only be able to return your call when a volunteer is available).
• During your visit, ask for - hire conditions, the application form, fees and charges and key pickup arrangements.
• If required, ask about - parking, access for people with a disability, kitchen facilities, audio visual equipment and any other equipment.
