There are several spaces available for hire at this community centre. The centre has been designed to suit the requirements of those with physical disabilities and is accessible by both private and public transport.
Hire Purposes
Functions: weddings, balls, plays, parties, conferences, dances and much more
- preparation and clean up time is charged at a 1/2 hire cost rate
- double bond is required for 'high risk' activities - see conditions of hire
- security guards are required for 18th and 21st birthday parties and other functions at the discretion of centre management.
Activities: commercial, private and government activities

Grand piano in Heimimger Hall: $6.50 / per function hour
Stage lights in Kurrajong Hall: $9.50 / per function hour
Data projector: $7 / hour
Alarm callout $38.50 per callout
The centre can only be hired until 1am on any given day and must be vacated by this time.
Resources
Kitchens: Kurrajong Hall I - sole use of commercial kitchen, Heininger Hall - shared kitchen
Tea/coffee making facilities: available for all other rooms - access to shared kitchen
Table size: 1800mm x 750mm; seats 6-8 people
Public phones: main foyer and Heininger House foyer
Garbage: must be removed from the halls/rooms and placed into the large bins outside
Not available: first aid kit
