Our swim school operates all year round with lessons held in our 25 metre indoor heated pool, which is kept at a comfortable 28.5 degrees. Lessons are conducted during school terms and cater for babies, children, adults and those with a disability. Our instructors are Austswim or Swim Australia Qualified. Please note during school terms our pool closes between 3.30-6.30pm for our Learn to swim and coaching academy.

Children's Classes

Our 30 minute classes teach children how to float and breath confidently while in the water and learn, with correct technique, the basics of freestyle, backstroke and breastroke. Class sizes are kept small to ensure your child receives the most benefit from their swimming lessons.

Silver / Gold Squad / Teenfit

Our one hour squads further develop stroke techniques and endurance. A wide range of drills and ongoing development skills are introduced in each session.

Adult Classes

A range of adult swimming classes are available for all abilities. Assessments are essential to ensure correct class placement.

Programs for People with a Disability

These classes offer structured learn-to-swim or squad training programs for all ages and swimming abilities. Staff are qualified and trained to assist patrons with all aquatic programs. A hoist is available on request for entering and leaving the water. A prior assessment is essential.

Make-Up Lessons

It is important to inform reception if a swimmer is sick, away or on holidays. The system will only allow make-ups if we have been informed of a swimmer’s absence. Make-ups are to be used within the same term the swimmer is absent. Any make-ups not used within the required time frame will be forfeited.

School Holiday Program

During each school holiday, we provide swimming development programs. These 30 minute lessons are conducted daily over a one or two week period, and have proven effective in maximising your child’s progress. Our Squad programs have one hour sessions in the school holidays.
