What's happening at the Library?
Family History Research Support
The Illawarra Family History Group will be back in the Reference Library on Wednesday 4 February. Volunteers will be available every Wednesday and Friday, from 9.30am-12noon, to assist customers with their family history research.
JP Service in the Central LibraryThe NSW Justices Association will be in the Central Library on Saturday 7 February, from 10am-12noon, to verify your documents. This service will be available fortnightly throughout 2009.

Holiday fun at your library
Recommences at Central on Thursday, 15 January at 10.30am, Corrimal on Monday, 2 February at 11am, Dapto on Tuesday, 3 February at 10.30am and Warrawong on Wednesday, 4 February at 10.30am
Storytime
Recommences at most Branches in the first week of February. Dad's and Grandad's Storytime will run again at Dapto on the first Saturday of the month commencing 7 February

Internet Classes
These classes will commence in February. Basic classes will be available at Corrimal, Dapto, Warrawong commencing on 3 February. Basic, intermediate and advanced classes will be available at Wollongong Central Library. Please telephone the Library on 4227 7414 for more information about bookings. Details of classes will also be available on the Wollongong City Council page in the Advertiser.

Library Customer Satisfaction Survey Report
The 2008 Library Satisfaction Survey indicated that 79% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with overall library services. Only 2% indicated that they were not satisfied.
Library Management is looking at ways to improve the areas where customers are least satisfied and some changes will occur at different locations based on your comments received in the survey.
