Maggie Joel is a British-born writer who grew up in a small commuter town in southeast England, before moving to Australia in the early nineties. Maggie’s award-winning works in both fiction and non-fiction have all been received with critical acclaim.
Join us as Maggie speaks about her writing journey as well as her most recent novel The Safest Place in London, set during the Blitz of World War II.
