Magazines

The Library stocks more than 250 magazine titles to suit all ages, tastes and interests. Magazines are available for loan from all branches of the Library and for reading in the Reference Library

Magazines are also available for loan in a number of World Languages.

Newspapers

Our libraries stock a range of newspapers including local and major NSW dailies. The Central Reference Library also receives major regional NSW and interstate newspapers. Past copies of newspapers are stored for research purposes.

Past issues of newspapers are available on microfilm, CD-ROM or Online. The Library subscribes to a number of databases that contain articles from Australian and overseas newspapers. ANZ Reference Center, ANZ Newsstand and Factiva contain complete articles from many Australian and overseas newspapers. You can find articles on a particular subject or search for articles that appeared on a particular date.
