School holiday fun at your Library

‘Me and my family’
This activity encourages children to gather information and photographs about themselves. They will be putting together a scrapbook style page that would be ideal to give to Mum for Mothers Day. They should bring along some small (passport) size photos, or larger ones that can be cut down, of themselves and the family. (Places are limited so bookings are essential)

‘Story Storm’

Every 15 or 30 minutes (depending on which library you attend) a new story will be read for all to enjoy. No need to book, just come along
at the following times:-

Corrimal Library (every 30 minutes)
Friday, 17 April and Thursday, 23 April from10.30am – 1pm.

Dapto Library (every 15 minutes)
Tuesday, 21 April and Thursday, 23 April from 10am – 5pm
Wednesday, 22 April from 1-5pm.

Warrawong Library (every 30 minutes)
Wednesday, 15 April, Monday, 20 April and Wednesday, 22 April from 10.30 am – 12 noon and again from 2-3.30pm.

Wollongong Central Library (every 15 minutes)
Tuesday, 21 April from 10.30am – 2pm

‘Drop in craft’

Come along to Warrawong Library on Thursday, 16 April from 1– 4pm to join in the fun craft activities. No need to book, just drop in during the afternoon and enjoy.

Don’t forget we have books from board books through to Harry Potter, as well as the Premier’s Reading Challenge books for all levels. There
are also DVDs, CDs, audio books and comics. These are resources just for kids, so come to the library during the holiday break, to find something interesting and fun to do!
