Wollongong city centre revitalisation strategy
The Wollongong City Centre Local Environmental Plan 2007 was gazetted and came into force on 31 January 2007.
The Plan:
- introduces new planning controls for the Wollongong CBD and surrounds;
- establishes a new vision for the City;
- was jointly developed by Council and the NSW Department of Planning.
