=Decribes activities involved in restoring Council buildings, usually relates to the interior of a building |
| Reconstruct |
=Generally refers to when an existing asset is demolished and replaced with an asset of similar condition, quality and capacity |
| Replace |
=Describes the replacement of an asset with one of similar features ie. a handrail will be replaced as the same (length, material, style) handrail |
| Resurface |
=Replacement of the top layer (or surface) of a road ie. the asphalt on a road |
| Traffic Facility |
=Includes traffic lights, median strips, line marking, signage and roundabouts |
