Proposed classification of operational land at MacCabe Park

In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993, Wollongong City Council intends to classify the following land recently acquired by Council at 267 Keira Street, Wollongong, as Operational Land.

Lot 1 in DP 779479 for the purposes of facilitating ongoing property management strategies and for the future development of MacCabe Park, Wollongong. Council has resolved that the land known as Lot 1 in DP 779479 be classified as "Operational Land”.
