Proposed Licence on Community Land at Kanahooka

Council is proposing to grant a new Licence for grazing purposes on part Lot 101 DP 598201 Thirroul Road Reserve, Kanahooka.

The proposed Licence term is five (5) years and the Licensee is currently unknown.

Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993, Council is required to advertise the proposed granting of the Licence as the land is classified as Community Land.

Submissions are sought from the public and should be in writing quoting Council’s reference number LIC-2026/91.

Any submissions should be clearly outlined and based on the effect of granting the Licence will have on the existing or future use of the Community Land.
