Caravans, Boats and Trailers

We encourage you to park your caravan, boat or trailer on private property. Parking these types of vehicles on a public road can impact other road users and members of the public.

Parking your caravan, boat or trailer on a public road is usually ok for a short amount of time, but please note:

You can report a caravan, boat or trailer that has been left in a public place for more than 28 days to Council. See our Abandoned and Unattended Vehicles page for more information.
