Booking FAQs

Read the questions and tips below to get started with our online portal.

Setting up your account

For your first time, you will need to set up your account to access the ENVIBE portal.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Enter the email address you used to sign up with. This is also the email address your membership confirmation was sent to.
  2. Check your email inbox for the account activation message
  3. Click on the link in the email
  4. Create a new password
  5. And you’re done! You can now manage your account at any time.

You can also watch the short video below to see how to create an account in our online portal. Note, the example used is slightly different to our portal, but the same steps apply.

Click on the ‘forgotten password’ link on the login screen, then enter your email address.

Follow the prompts in the email to set up a new password.

Membership fees must be paid through our online portal, and are due on the same day each month. This payment day will be different for each member.

When you set up your online account, follow the prompts to enter your payment details.

Payments via our online portal are processed through EZI Debit, which is a PCI-SSS compliant system. That means standards are in place to safeguard your personal information.

Yes. You can create an online account and book classes without being a member.

You will need to use the payment gateway to secure your booking.

Managing your account

This is in your personal dashboard on the portal.

Yes. You can log into the portal to pause your membership at any time.

Pauses can be put in place for minimum of 1 week, through to a maximum of 6 weeks.

Yes. If you need to pay any overdue or outstanding fees, select the ‘Outstanding Payments’ button on the dashboard.

Yes. If you need to change your details, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Select ‘Dashboard’
  3. Select ‘Personal details’
  4. Depending on what you are updating, you can select ‘Edit my details’, ‘Update bank account’ or ‘Update credit card’
  5. Confirm details by selecting ‘Update’.

Group class bookings

To book a group class, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the portal using your membership details.
  2. Go to ‘Group Fitness’
  3. Select the class you want to attend
  4. Confirm the booking.

If you're not a member, you can still book but you'll have to complete payment to confirm your booking.

You can see all your bookings through your individual member’s profile. This includes your classes, and any other facility features booked online.

Group classes are available for booking on the portal 24 hours ahead of the class time.

Please follow the below steps to cancel your spot:

  1. Log into the portal using your membership details
  2. Go to ‘Group Fitness’
  3. Select ‘View Admissions Tickets’
  4. Select the class you want to cancel
  5. Confirm the class cancellation.

Class bookings must be cancelled before the start of the class.

Please note: If you repeatedly do not turn up to your class without cancelling ahead of time, this may lead to your membership being put under restricted access to class bookings.

Multi-visit passes

If you have an account with us, you can buy a multi-visit pass. Please refer to ‘Setting up an account’ FAQs for more information.

To buy a multi-visit pass, please follow these steps:

  1. Log into the portal using your membership details
  2. Select ‘Passes’
  3. Select ‘Buy pass’
  4. Select either Beaton Park or Lakeside
  5. Select the pass type you wish to buy
  6. Continue to payment
  7. Complete your purchase
  8. Check your inbox for your receipt.

Swim school bookings

You can now book and manage Swim School activities through our new online portal.

For your first time, you will need to set up an account to manage your swim school account online. Please follow the below steps to do create your account:

  1. Log into the portal or Create an Account (if new)
  2. If you’re a new enrolment, please set up the account as the parent not the child
  3. Click on the ‘Home’ button on the top left of the screen
  4. Select ‘Enrolments – Courses’
  5. Select ‘New Enrolments’
  6. Select Beaton Park
  7. Select the program you wish to enrol. For example, assessment, swim school term program, school holiday swim program
  8. Complete the enrolment

Once you’re done, you can manage your swim season via the portal.

If you’ve accidently selected the wrong enrolment, please reach out to our team who’ll be happy to change this for you.

Yes. Once you’re logged into the online portal, please click on the ‘Enrolments – Courses’ tile to see your swimmer’s current enrolment and progression.

If you have more than one swimmer / child, you’ll need to change the ‘user’ that is logged in from the parent to the swimmer.

To do this:

  • Click the parent’s name on the top right corner
  • Choose the user name.

Please follow the below steps to view your swimmer’s / child’s progression:

  1. Log into the portal
  2. Click on the Home button on the top left of screen
  3. Select Enrolments - Courses
  4. View Active or Upcoming Enrolments for swimmer's progression
  5. If the blue progression bar is completely filled, enrol your swimmer into the next level
  6. If the blue progression bar is NOT completely filled, enrol your swimmer into the same level they are currently enrolled in

To view your swimmer's progression in detail, click on ‘View progress’ button.

If you have more than one swimmer/child, you will need to change the ‘user’ that is logged in from the parent to the swimmer.

Yes. You can use the portal to change the class day or time.

This is subject to class availability.

We know that from time to time you will need to change your child’s classes for a range of reasons. However, we encourage you to only change your classes when necessary, as frequent reschedules may limit your child’s progress.

Each of our instructors have a unique teaching style and your child needs time to adjust to their teaching methods to get the best possible progress.

You’ll be able to view your child/ren’s current enrolment details via the portal.

However, if you wish to change classes, you'll need to do this separately for each swimmer / child.

No. The portal will only tell you which class, day, time, level, teacher and location your child is enrolled in.

Yes, you'll be able to see who your child's teacher is.

You'll also be able to see the day, time, level, and location of your child's class.
