Personal Training

Our qualified fitness professionals can design individual or group programs to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

They'll make sure you're supervised during your workout, which reduces the chance of injury and helps you build good exercise techniques. You'll also get a variety of workouts to keep you interested and motivated.

Personal trainers are available at Beaton Park and Lakeside Leisure Centre, and work with all ages and fitness levels.
