Notice of Proposed Licence - Airspace for Crane Arm in North Wollongong
Council is proposing to grant an airspace licence for a crane arm over Community land above part Lot 4 DP 1136814 George Hanley Drive North Wollongong and over Crown land above part Stuart Park Lots 3/4 DP 235364 George Hanley Drive, North Wollongong to 10 Pleasant Ave Developments Pty Ltd, as shown on the plan below.
The proposed licence term is up to 18 months.
Pursuant to Chapter 6 Part 2 of the Local Government Act 1993 and Crown Lands Management Act 2016, Council is required to advertise the proposed licence as it is located over Community and Crown land.
Make a submission
Submissions are sought from the public and should be in writing quoting Council’s reference number LIC-2025/116. Any submissions should clearly outline and be based on the effect of granting the licence will have on the existing or future use of the Community and Crown land.
Please forward any submissions to the General Manager via email council@wollongong.nsw.gov.au or in writing by 5pm on 8 July 2025.
