If you've made a request or reported an issue to Council and have a case number, you can check where it's up to online or by calling us on (02) 4227 7111.
If you'd like to send a petition to Council, you will need to follow our petition guidelines.
We have staff who can speak several community languages, including AUSLAN, and can help you when you're dealing with Council. We can also connect you with interpreters. Visit our Language Services page for details.
