Notice of Proposed Licence - Mobile Ice Cream Van

Council is proposing to grant a Licence to operate a Mobile Ice Cream Van in the first car space, second level-middle carpark at Lot 7041 in Crown DP 1066112 (Crown Land Reserve No. D580103), Flagstaff Hill Reserve, Endeavour Drive, Wollongong NSW 2500.

The proposed Licence term is three (3) years.

Pursuant to Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, and Division 3.4 and Section 2.20 of the Crown Land Management Act 2016, Council is required to advertise the proposed granting of the Licence as the land is classified Crown Land.

Make a submission

Submissions are sought from the public and should be in writing quoting Council’s reference number LIC-2022/10. Any submissions should be clearly outlined and based on the effect of granting the lease will have on the existing or future use of the Community Land.
