Continental Pool
Set on the iconic Blue Mile between Wollongong Harbour and North Beach, this popular swimming spot has a 50m and 45m pool, as well as a toddlers’ pool.
The 45m pool has a ramp entry for people with limited mobility.

Due to a recent mechanical issue, until further notice we have to close the Continental Pool for a full day each Wednesday for cleaning and refilling.

Top tips for safe swimming
- Supervise children - maintain eye or hand contact at all times
- Swim at a patrolled pool or patrolled beach and follow Lifeguards' directions
- Never swim alone or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Stay out of the water if there is active thunder or lightning nearby.
