Councillors declared for Wollongong City Council

This afternoon, Councillors for Wollongong City Council have been declared following the 14 September election. There are 12 Councillors in total, with four returning Councillors from the previous term and eight new Councillors. The list of Councillors can be found on our website on the Your Officials page.

Councillors will commence their official duties from 8 October. The first ordinary meeting of the new Council will be held on Monday 28 October. There will also be an extraordinary meeting of Council held in the coming weeks for the Councillors and Lord Mayor to take the Oath or Affirmation of Office and to elect the Deputy Lord Mayor.
