Outdoor Fitness

Our outdoor exercise equipment is open. People using these spaces must follow NSW Health rules.

We encourage people to check in using the QR codes displayed at our outdoor fitness equipment locations.

Help shape our sports strategy

We're putting together a new plan for sportsgrounds and sporting facilities across our city. As a first step, we've drafted a vision, guiding principles and key focus areas, and we want to hear what you think.

Find our more and share your thoughts by visiting the Our Wollongong website until Monday 15 November.

Get out and move in the great outdoors! Our parks, beaches and pathways are great places to exercise.

Many of our foreshore parks have outdoor fitness equipment that’s free and easy to use for your next workout.
