- Kids Helpline 1800 551 800 offers free 24/7 phone counselling for kids, teens and young adults. Their website also has resources for parents and carers.
- Mental Health Line 1800 011 511 provides 24/7 help, advice and referrals to local mental health services.
- Headspace provides mental health support for people aged 12 - 25 years.
- Beyond Blue's Healthy Families pages have resources and information for families and children of all ages.
- The Raising Children Network has free information and resources for all ages.
- NSW Health has an online guide to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.
- The Department of Health's Head to Health website has advice about supporting children.
