This session will be held in the Escarpment Room at Thirroul Community Centre.

About the draft strategy

We've developed the draft Wollongong Integrated Transport Strategy to lead transport planning and investment across the Wollongong City Council area over the next 10 years.

The draft strategy outlines Council’s vision, guiding principles, and goals to improve the way we move around our city into the future. It also covers the actions we’ll take to achieve our goals.

Until now, we've had a number of different transport-related plans based on location or types of transport. This new draft strategy brings these all together and outlines the steps Council, Transport for NSW and our community can take to provide sustainable, accessible and affordable transport options as our city keeps growing.
